LETS CELEBRATE !!

2018 SMNHS INTRAMURALS CELEBRATION

                  To choose athletes to represent the school for the district meet, intramurals was celebrated last september 19-21 joined by SMNHS Main students and faculty stuff at the SMNHS Main campus.

                  The celebration started by the parade of different teams,namely Team 1: Blazing Blue Eagle,Team 2: Scorching Red Dragons,Team 3: Growling White Tigers,Team 4: Great Gray Shark,Team 5: Mystical Green Python,and Team 6: Ferocious Golden Wolves followed by the opening prayer,singing of the national anthem ,opening remarks,speech of the guest speaker,lightning of the torch,rising of the different banners of teams and lastly the official opening of the different games.followed by the street dance and cheer dance competition

                   On the second day, different games was played like basketball,volleyball,track and field and badminton.in the afternoon , Search for the Mr. and Ms. Intramurals was held at the amphitheater 3:00 in the afternoon.

                   On the last day,literary and singing contest was held at the Smnhs Main campus,there is an extemporaneos speech, declamation,ballroom,singing,native dance,and folkdance contest.In the afternoon,championship game was played.overall, the celebration ended successfully by the help of all teachers and students participated.

STUDENT LIFE IS A STRESSFUL LIFE BUT EVEN THOUGH IT  IS STILL  ENJOYABLE AND EXCITING BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO LEARN NEW THINGS

Last July 27,students and staffs of Sta. Maria National High School Main celebrated Nutrition Month.Many activities like Zumba dance competition and tai-chi were joined.But the most enjoyed part of the program is the parlor games.For grade 10 it was Catching a Dragon's Tail,a very enjoyable game and also a very exciting one because it is a new game for the grade 10 students. Strategy and sportsmanship is needed in this game.In the end Section A won in the man category and Section B won in the women category.Some students enjoy cheering their team,some went home as losers and some went home as winners.But in the end the program ended successful and that day,a new lesson was learned by some students,specially Section D students, that you cannot get everything you want,if you want something work for it

Students who know how to use photoshop and able to make their own tarpaulin are so lucky.They can use their skills in the future.Luckily I'm one of them...thanks to ICT subject.
